Marrige Certification

This idea comes to me from my good brother-in-law.  He suggested a certification that would allow those who date the individual with that certification to know they were getting the cream of the crop.  To get a Marriage Certification (MC) you would have to pass a psychological test, a basic IQ test and take elective courses that would be similar to "Man Camp" (posted 9-2-11).  My only problem with the test is I'm not sure if I could qualify for a MC.
