DVR for Network Television
If they can do it with cable and satellite TV, you should be able to purchase a stand alone box that records your favorite program on regular antenna TV.
This product exists. It's called Channel Master CM-7000PAL Antenna-Compatible DVR and it's now available on WalMart's website for $299.
