Audio Speed Adjustment in Car

I love to listen to audio books.  Sometimes I wish I could speed up the book to double time and listen to the boring parts twice as fast as the rest of the book.  It would be nice if my CD player had speed adjustment, even if it were just one or two options (twice as fast and 1/2 speed).
