Fleece Lined Dress Socks

Dress shoes are cold.  They look nice and are super thin and not very weather proof.  To make it worse you have to wear dress socks with dress shoes and they are super thin as well.  I need fleeced lined dress socks or really good looking winter socks that are black.  I have yet to come across a good option to look good and keep warm toes.
