Run the Mail at Night

The USPS could save a lot of time and money if they ran their routes at night.  All businesses would be required to get outside, locking mailboxes.  The mail carriers would run into less traffic during the night hours and they wouldn't have any front desk people to stop and talk to, thus significantly speeding delivery up.  Then in the morning you could read your mail over breakfast.
