Band/Ring/Bracelet Band-Aids

My kids, due to their age, are constantly scraping, cutting, rubbing, etc. wounds on their little bodies.  A problem we frequently run into is band-aids that don't stay on kid fingers.  The solution would be to invent a band-aid that was like a little ring that cinched down with a strap.  We have the same issues trying to keep wounds on the feet covered up.  Again a bracelet type band with a cinch to tighten the thing down would be great.
